Shipping policy
We send all our packages via USPS priority mail. We at SebiliciousĀ ensure the delivery of the product to USPS. Should the customer fail to give the correct address,we at Sebilicious shall be in no way liable or required to issue a resend and customer shall contact carrier to resolved. If package is returned to us, customer is responsible for the shipping charges to re-shipĀ the product at the non discounted rate via the chosen carrier.Ā As a reminder,Ā double check you have entered your full address including suite and apartment number.
Damaged/Lost Packages:
Although we take extra precaution to ensure your package is delivered safely and intact we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in those condition due to the US Postal Service handling practices.Ā Once the package has been updated as delivered by the shipping carrier, risk of damages to, or loss of the item passes to the recipient. You will need to fileĀ a claim with the post office to resolve damages or lost packages.Ā
