Shipping policy

Once the item has shipped, the responsibility of delivery rests on the carrier (unless stated otherwise, our carrier is the United States Postal Service). You are issued a tracking number with your order and can access this information via your email from us. You can use the tracking number and the tracking details to track your package. If the package is not delivered, it will be on the customer to contact USPS, make them aware the package was not delivered and if needed file a claim with USPS. 

If the package was delivered to the incorrect address due to customer incorrectly entering address when order is placed, then the customer is responsible for contacting USPS to make the correction and have the package delivered to the correct address. If the package has been sent back to us, then the customer will incur the re-shipment fees, even if the first delivery was free of charge to the customer. This option of re delivery is only available if the item is a non-perishable item.
