Return / Refund policy

No returns/refunds are allowed as this time as this a consumable product. 

Once the package has been mailed, you will receive a tracking number, at that point if the package is not delivered to you, it is up to you to contact the carrier and submit a claim if one is needed. 

If the package does not arrive because the wrong mailing address was entered by the customer, you will need to reorder the product (if available) and assume the shipping charges.
